Of all the combustible products, a cigarette paper should take top rank, as it proper function is to burn.

Nevertheless you can prove that an ordinary cigarette paper won't burn.

How?

The paper won't burn, because theglass absorbs the heat and thus protects the cigarette paper to burn.
